Standard assault rifle of SAS in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019). Its designation is a tribute to
Task Force 141 in MW2. Comes in 2 versions: standard 11-in barrel for assaulter class, and the
 suppressed Whisper barrel for stealth.

Designed for close-quarter combat, the Kilo 141 has excellent ergonomics and recoil control with a rate
of fire of 780 rounds per minute. Its decent accuracy allows effective engagements up to 20m, while
great handling gives quick target-to-target transition. The unique integral Whisper suppressor keeps
the gun compact in tight spaces while incurring negligible accuracy and movement penalties, though the
5.56 rounds exit at supersonic speeds so it's not the quietest suppressed weapon. Due to its short
barrel, it starts to suffer in mid-long range, uncommon in standard police duties.

All associated attacktypes are created from scratch instead of using vanilla ones. This allows for
true full-auto firemodes that vanilla weapons are restricted from. Aim time, ready speed, and reset
time has also been reworked to give a closer Tier 1 operator experience in place of the horrendously
slow reaction times of vanilla troopers. Current attacktypes are:

- 0m to 7m: Full-Auto
- 7m to 20m: Controlled full-auto bursts of 2-6 rounds
- 20m to 40m: Rapid semi-auto shots of 2-4 rounds
- 40m onwards: Aimed semi-auto shots of 1-3 rounds

I aim to make this mod as "realistic" as possible, so the usual "suppressor drops accuracy" cliche is
out. This weapon is unique in that the suppressed version is actually SHORTER than unsuppressed,
meaning stat-wise there is negligible difference between the two versions (slight accuracy loss from
shorter barrel, and minute ready speed loss due to added weight). I could op for the regular
Quick-Detach suppressors that extends the barrel length, but aesthetically the Whisper is just cooler.
